How do I sign-up and use this service?

Simply sign-up for an account here, then apply for an API key here.  Once you are approved, you can customize the code (see code examples in our API section) in order to integrate our catalog into your personal media (website, blog, MySpace, etc). Screenshots of completed integrations can be seen in our Gallery tab.

Where do I have to go to access my reports?

You will receive a daily status report every day regarding the number of subscribed users acquired through you. This will be sent to the e-mail address that you have provided us on your account. If you are not receiving these messages, please check your Spam folder first and then notify us in the Forum.

Why is the time wrong on my daily updates, and is there a way I can change this?

Our servers are based out of Florence, Italy, and therefore our reporting systems operate on Central European Time.

Are there any limits regarding the accessibility of content?

Nope! Our entire catalog of full-track mp3s and top ringtones will be made available to you upon sign-up and approval.

Does the Dada API support international traffic?

Currently, we only support US-based traffic. However, we strongly encourage targeting diverse audiences within the United States.

Which protocol and output formats are supported by openDada?

While the sign-up process asks about your preferred protocols and output formats, the openDada API currently only supports the REST and XML technologies.

How much can I earn signing up subscribers with the Dada API?

How do I get paid?

You will get paid once a month by a personal check sent to your mailing address. Please be sure to keep your mailing address up to date in your user profile.
